The BEST food on the island, hands down. My husband & two friends enjoyed this incredible dining 5 times in a 4 day period. I wish I found them on the first day to St. Maarten so I could try the entire menu. We had lunch & dinner, everything fabulous. I am accustomed to fine dining in the Sonoma & Napa Valley Wine Country & Fusion should be at the top of them all. Our server, Fara, was so helpful w/menu choices, a pleasant personality, and very accomodating to us. Offering us complimentary night caps at the end of every dinner meal! The details to food presentation and decor were fabulous. I wish they fit in our suitacase home because they would be a wonderful addition to the wine country. Thank you Fara, and your brother (chef) for such a wonderful time while in St. Maarten!
